This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A and 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, as she had filed another bail application in this Court and has been granted anticipatory bail.

So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are concerned, the same is allowed as they are the relatives of the husband of the informant and are living separately. Let the petitioner nos. 2 to 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
