JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 This Modification Application filed on behalf of the University for modifying the order dated 08.04.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19264/2011 directing the University to make payment of the dues within four weeks from that date.

This modification seeks extension of further four weeks due to administrative difficulties. What to talk of four weeks over two years have already elapsed. In that view of the matter, this modification application is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the contesting respondents states that not entire compliance even now be made. Be that as it may, he has already filed MJC No. 3429/2013 which is pending. He may take up this issue in that case.
