ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegations against the petitioner that he was trying to join the post of Basic Health Worker at the Primary Health Centre, is false and fabricated as there is no paper produced by the Central Enquiry Team, showing his alleged appointment letter, which it sought to have been seized including that of the petitioenr's mobile phone. He submits that it would have been another thing if the petitioner would have been arrested from the place of

No.47255 of 2015 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 occurrence along with the said forged document Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
