Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 538/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After writing the suicide note of 70 pages, the deceased has committed suicide because of the assault made by the petitioners.

In view of the above, this anticipatory bail application so far as petitioners No. 1 and 2 are concerned, the same is

The petitioner No. 3 is aged about 25 years and she the unmarried daughter of the petitioners No. 1 and 2 and she is shortly to be married.

Considering the same, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner No. 3 is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 3 (Priya Kumari) be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 538 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioners No. 1 and 2 are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks. The marriage of Petitioner No. 3 is fixed to be held on 09.05.2022. Though, this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail application of petitioners No. 1 and 2, but they shall not be arrested till 16th of May, 2022 and after 16th of May, 2022, both the petitioners No. 1 and 2 shall surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail.
