In view of such and in the interest of the parties, invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court, further proceedings of Complaint Case No.1196 of 2011 including the order of cognizance dated 21.10.2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, is hereby set aside.

Further, proceeding of Domestic Violence Case No.02 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22793 of 2013 dt.22-05-2015 2/2 between the parties, is also hereby set aside. The parties are directed to file an application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act within a period of three weeks from today.
