Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown, recorded on the Fardbeyan of local Dafadar on recovery of dead body laying in a well.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. There is no witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

No.40166 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Punpun Police Station Case No.36 of 2007, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
