Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown, recorded on the Fardbeyan of local Dafadar on recovery of dead body laying in a well.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. There is no witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
