2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 498-A, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. He further submits that a supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43175 of 2023(5) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 stating that a compromise has entered into between the parties and petitioner has given Rs. 3 Lacs to the opposite party no. 2 and the said compromise petition is enclosed in supplementary affidavit as Annexure-2.

4. Considering the arguments of both the parties as also the fact that One Time Settlement has been entered between the parties, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending / successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1137/2022, Trial No. 2851 /2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
