JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment delivered on 19.01.2015 passed in L.P.A. No. 824 of 2012, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 2355 of 2012. This Court has further been informed that the SLP against the aforesaid judgment in L.P.A No. 824 of 2012 has also been affirmed. The case of the petitioner would therefore be governed by the judgment passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13206 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 L.P.A. No. 824 of 2012.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 824 of 2012.

It would be open for the petitioner to bring this order as well as the order passed in L.P.A. No. 824 of 2012 before the concerned respondent for him to pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.
