2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent no. 6 on the post of Aanganwari Sevika at Centre No. 334 in Ward No. 1 of Behta Panchayat in the district of Madhubani.

3. It has been submitted by the petitioner that in the merit list, the name of the petitioner was at Serial No. 2 whereas name of respondent no. 6 was placed at Serial No. 4. Without assigning any reason, the claim of the petitioner and others have been bypassed and private respondent no. 6 has been appointed as Aanganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.13751 of 2019 dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Sevika for the aforesaid centre. The representation made before various authorities under the ICDS scheme by the petitioner have not yet been adverted to.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani (respondent no. 3) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such complaint shall look into the matter, afford hearing to the parties and shall pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. Should the petitioner feel aggrieved by the order of the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, she would have the avenue of appealing against such order before the District Magistrate, Madhubani.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
