The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016 in connection with S.T. No. 472 of 2016 arising out of Lakhnaur (R.S. O.P. ) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in connection with the present case only on the confessional statement made before the police by Pramod Paswan, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that till date, no T.I. Parade has been conducted nor any recovery has been made from him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40802 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. - VI, Madhubani in connection with S.T.No. 472 of 2016 arising out of Lakhnaur (R.S. O.P.) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, subject to condition that one of the bailors will be the blood relative of the petitioner namely, father, mother, brother, sister and/or wife of the petitioner.
