The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri Bazar (Simri) P.S. Case No.52 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/123/64/351 (2)/352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping and killing the deceased after committing rape with her.

From the CCTV footage, it appears that the deceased had consumed poison and committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
