ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 386, 387, 379 and 34of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application once again rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Tr. No. 3627 of 2013, G.R. No. 3146 of 2011 within a period of three weeks failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
