Date : 12-08-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "(i) For quashing the letter dated 16.07.2022 issued by the respondent Senior Branch Manager, Bank of India, Kanhauli Branch whereas he raised a demand of Rs.5,38,235/- to deposit the same within 15 days as a shape of car loan. If the petitioner failed

(ii) For a direction to the respondent bank to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner before the respondent authority/bank whereas the petitioner stated therein that the petitioner is ready for making payment of outstanding dues default installment within a month.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to, may be granted to the petitioner."

In view of the fact that Debts Recovery Tribunal is now functional, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such other appropriate remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law. Permission granted.

As and when any such request is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
