The application seeks quashing of the order dated 31.01.2013 passed in G.R. No. 167 of 2012/ Tr. No. 1870 of 2013 arising out of Natwar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406/420/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has produced the certified copy of the ordersheet from 31.01.2013 till 11.07.2014 which goes to show that after taking of cognizance and framing of charge the trial has begun and three witnesses have also been examined. Let the same be kept on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the Court would not
