JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending at the level of the Vice Chancellor of the University.

Mr. Gyanand Roy, learned counsel for the University submits that the representation is of no avail to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner's name was not recommended by the Governing Body and in the absence of recommendation of the Governing Body, the University cannot grant any relief to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16993 of 2015(3) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chancellor to dispose of the representation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Vice Chancellor of the University is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
