This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 452, 379, 354 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is purchaser from co-accused, Dharmendra Kumar, who is son of the informant. Allegation is that the land of the share of the informant was sold by Dharmendra Kumar.
Submission of the petitioner is that there is no partition in the family and civil suit is going on between the parties and even if the allegation is taken as correct, the petitioner has been cheated in the transaction.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Subhash Oraon, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V,
