"Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time.

Grievance of the petitioner is relating to promotion to the post of reader and professor in the Government Ayurvedic College. He has to point out the relevant method of recruitment to the post of reader and professor so as to ascertain is it seniority-cum-merit or merit-cum-seniority or by selection. Further he is required to produce feeder cadre final seniority list and to establish that he is senior-most in the source cadre so

Even after lapse of about seven months, petitioner has not complied the order dated 19.07.2022. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2022.
