JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 At the outset, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has submitted that the relevant pages of the FIR in which allegations have been made have not been annexed to the instant application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. When learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with this fact, he accepts that due to inadvertence those pages could not be annexed to the application.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application on merits. Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file another appropriate application in the same subject matter.
