Petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.09.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
