The petitioner has filed this application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction from this Court to be issued to the respondents to hand over investigation

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1025 of 2014 dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 of the case either to the Central Bureau of Investigation or the C.I.D. In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. The petitioner has got no locus standi in the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
