JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 380 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 11592), 118(1), 74, 303(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the BNS and section 3 and 4 of the Bihar Dian Act.

3. The petitioner no. 1 and 3 are said to have assaulted the informant and others family members causing injuries.

4. Learned cousnel for the petitioners at the very

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42254 of 2025(4) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 outset, prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application filed on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3. So far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he is said to have not assaulted to anyone. Petitioner no. 4 is a girl of 21 years.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is partly allowed with regard to petitioner nos. 2 and 4.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned court below in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 380 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Section 482 of the BNSS.
