2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikaramganj P.S. Case No. 735 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant, as a result of which, he sustained grievous injuries.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation and the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
