2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to give appointment letter on the post of Assistant Teacher in Jehanabad, Nagar Parishad. The petitioner claimed that she has passed TET examination and also obtained Sahitya Alankar degree from Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar.

3. The degree of Sahitya Alankar from Hindi

Patna High Court CWJC No.16553 of 2014 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Vidyapeeth, Deoghar is recognized only for the purpose of proficiency in Hindi and it is not valid for appointment.

4. The issue with regard to validity of the degree of Sahitya Alankar from Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar is no more res integra, as it has been decided by this Court and approved by the Apex Court.
