JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 10.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14020 of 2017 with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within nine months.

However, the present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for bail on the ground that it has come that the vehicle was not stolen one, as such, no case is made out against the petitioner. Further submission is that in this case only charge sheet has been submitted and no charge has been framed. In view of above submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned court below to expedite commitment of the case and consider prayer for bail of the petitioner at the time of framing of charge on the basis of materials available on record.
