2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with spade on her head due to which her head got injured.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner bears fair antecedent. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 735/2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
