JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 306 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sonelal of putting vermillion on the head of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. From the written report, it is alleged that these

There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st , Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
