2. The petitioners who are retired Moharirs have approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondents for granting them First, Second and Third ACP to them to which they are entitled because of their having served for more than 30 years.

3. The petitioners joined service as Chainman and finally superannuated on different dates respectively. All the retiral benefits have been paid to them except for the benefits to which they are entitled under the ACP and MACP schemes.
4. It is the case of the petitioners that their representation before the Director, Consolidation has yielded no result and hence they are constrained to prefer the present writ petition. It has also been submitted that similarly situated persons have been granted such financial benefits and there is no reason why the same be withheld from them.
5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to make a fresh representation, detailing the grounds in support of their entitlement for such financial benefits which has been sought in the present petition, before the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 5) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12536 of 2019 dt.26-06-2019 3/3 same shall dispose of such representation within a further period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned order in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
