Petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 145/2017 (P.O.C.S.O. Trial No. 33/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act.

By order dated 06.10.2018 a report was called for from the trial court regarding stage of trial which has been sent by the concerned court in which it has been stated that P.O.C.S.O. Trial No. 33/2017 is at argument stage and is likely to be concluded within two months, as such, present petition is dismissed with a direction to the P.O.C.S.O. court to conclude the same within time as sought in letter dated 11.10.2018.
