JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-07-2021 Heard Mr. Vijay Anand, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2019, dated 27.12.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 30(g) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in five cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail, notwithstanding the fact that in all such cases he has been

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.
