The petitioner seeks bail in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 196/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 364(A) and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 07.05.2018. The victim girl has been recovered by the police on the same day. Petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Balram Chauhan. It is further submitted that no statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner was arrested on 07.05.2018 and his confessional

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 196/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
