ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 06.11.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in Madhubani (Rahika) P.S. Case No.127 of 2007/Tr. No.2122 of 2012 by which he has rejected the application filed under Section 205 Cr. P. C.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is a prominent practising Advocate in Patna High Court and it would be difficult for him to go to Madhubani on each date. He undertakes that he would not dispute his identity and will be present on the date(s) so summoned by the Court.

Considering such undertaking, order dated 06.11.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in Madhubani (Rahkia) P.S. Case No.127 of 2007/Tr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53371 of 2013 dt.02-07-2015 2/2 No.2122 of 2012 is hereby set aside.

The application stands allowed.
