JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation attributed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54196 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 against the petitioners. It is also submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
