JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 Considering the fact that substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner as stated in the counter affidavit and admitted by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment) if the petitioner has any other grievance which has not been redressed, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) shall address the grievance raised by the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order and provide calculation chart with regard to entitlement of the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the District
