The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., co-accused Surendra Sah and Manoj Sah allegedly caused injury to the father of the informant with sharp cutting weapon on the order of the petitioner Raghunath Sah, as a result whereof, father of the informant sustained injury and died during the course of treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the doctor has found injury at the head caused by hard and blunt

He further submits that the petitioners have stated on oath in Para-10 of the petition that injury to the father of the informant was caused as in the darkness of night he fell on the concrete pot meant for feeding the cattle and sustained injury. The reason for false implication is also stated in the said paragraph. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner Ranjeet Sah. Petitioners are in custody since 05.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid and no material to substantiate that the petitioners are going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without
