The defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

The learned counsel for the respondentState has referred to the show cause filed in the present case to submit that the order dated 13.09.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6241 of 2016 has already stood complied with inasmuch as the District Magistrate, Vaishali has already disposed off the representation of the petitioner by

Patna High Court MJC No.2279 of 2019(5) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 an order dated 22.10.2019 which is annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause filed by the contemnors.

In view of the aforesaid, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 22.10.2019, he may take recourse to the due process of law for assailing the same.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
