The Following is the finding of the inquiry report:- "Therefore, it appears to be a clear case of suppression of facts by Sole Petitioner in the both cases, Bimlesh Rai @ Bimlesh Kumar @ Rohit Kumar and by the Deponent in Cr. Misc. No. 35278 of 2021, Saroj Kumar Ray to obtain Anticipatory Bail Order from this Hon'ble Court by any means, even by suppressing the fact of previously filed Anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38806 of 2020(21) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Bail Petition - Cr. Misc. No. 38806 of 2022 before a Court of Law. The said act is a criminal act punishable under Law."

In view of the Inquiry report, the Registrar General is directed to file an F.I.R. against Bimlesh Rai @ Bimlesh Kumar @ Rohit Kumar the petitioner in both the cases and the deponent in Cr. Misc. No. 35278 of 2021, Saroj Kumar Ray for suppressing the fact and obtaining Anticipatory Bail Order. The proceeding is hereby dropped.
