The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. case no. 68 of 2016,registered under Sections 47(a) and 57 of the Excise Act. Considering the submissions made by the petitioners that they being the brother of the two named accused persons are suspected as accuseds, this Court would dispose of the application permitting the petitioners to surrender and pray for regular bail before the Court below which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit unprejudiced by the present order.
