The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 226 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 411, 413 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused, namely, Vipin Kumar and Abhishek Kumar.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
