Case No. 05 of 2012 whereby he has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
