The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of murder. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner had transpired only in the confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Kumar and Vikash Kumar, who have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 26.04.2017 and 01.07.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15578 of 2017 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36746 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27192 of 2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 22.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna , in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
