Petitioner's prayer was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.03.2015, it happens to be second attempt by way of filing instant petition asking for grant of anticipatory bail.

At an earlier occasion, vide order dated 25.03.2015, prayer of the petitioner along with others were considered under Cr. Misc. No.33268 of 2014 along with Cr. Misc. No.9691 of 2015 (Annexure-1) conjointly. During course thereof, others were granted anticipatory bail while prayer for anticipatory bail relating to petitioner was rejected. There happens to be no changed circumstance on account thereof, I do not see it a fit case wherein petitioner's prayer could be entertained. Consequent thereupon, instant petition is rejected.
