The petitioner seeks regular bail in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 188/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against this petitioner of giving three stab blows on the person of the informant. The doctor has found several injuries on the person of informant. The District & Sessions Judge, Buxar has mentioned in the impugned order that informant was treated in I.G.I.M.S., Patna and due to cut of vein of neck of informant his limbs were not working properly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55862 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner abovenamed. Accordingly, the same is rejected at this stage. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) vinita/- U T
