No. 1970 of 2024 stands allowed while recalling the order dated 03.07.2018 and restoring L.P.A. No. 52 of 2017.

Patna High Court MJC No.1970 of 2024(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 before the concerned Roster Bench. Subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) by the petitioner.
