ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.1.2012 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No.2, Sitamarhi in Criminal Revision No.37 of 2009, by which he has affirmed the order dated 15.1.2009 passed by the court of Sri S.K. Jha, J.M. 1st class, Sitamarhi in G.R. No.1306 of 2002 (Majorganj P.S. case No.68 of 2002 Trial No.590 of 2008), by which he had rejected an application for recording evidence of additional witnesses under Section 311 Cr.P.C.
Having gone through the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37213 of 2012 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 The same is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, if he has not done so already, without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
