The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.25 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to surrender before the court concerned and seek bail. Leave is granted.
