2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ application against the order passed by the Additional Collector, Sheohar in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 13/2021.

3. The impugned order is appealable before the Collector. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the Collector against the impugned order within one month.

4. If such an appeal is filed, the Collector, Sheohar is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law after giving
