The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is poisoning a lady and thereafter throwing her dead body into a ditch beside the road.

Considering the allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial
