ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Perused the report of the mediator as per which the parties have agreed to withdraw all cases filed against each other on payment of Rs. 60,000/- by the petitioner. The petitioner produces cash of Rs. 60,000/- which is handed over to the counsel for the O.P. No. 2 who receives the same and sign in the margin of the order sheet. In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.02.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 1422 of 2012 pending before the S.D.J.M Purnia and in exercise of powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C, further proceedings of the aforesaid case is hereby set aside.

The application stands disposed off.
