2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Petitioner No. 1 father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46771 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 19.02.2024 . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P . S. Case No . 61 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
