2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Manjhagarh PS Case No.96 of 2025 dated 16.03.2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date of occurrence two sons of the informant were going to bring medicines for their mother. In the way, the petitioners and other accused persons assaulted both sons of the informant at Gopla More. They also stabbed the knife to both the sons of the informant and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Counter case vide Manjhagarh PS Case No.97 of 2025 has been lodged by Chanda Devi, wife of Mukesh Sah and mother of co-accused Vishal Sah, against the sons of the informant and others. It is submitted that sons of the informant entered into the house of co-accused Mukesh Sah and started abusing and molesting his daughter and snatched gold chain of Chanda Devi. Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, rather, allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Further submission is that the petitioners have clean antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Gopalganj, in Manjhagarh PS Case No.96 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
